User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction

At HyraTek - FunnelOS, we respect your privacy and right to control your personal data. Following Facebook's standards, we provide this guide so you can request the deletion of your data from our systems at any time.

2. How to request data deletion

You have two ways to request the deletion of data linked to your Facebook account:

Method 1: Send request via Email (Recommended)

Please send an email to our support team:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Subject: User Data Deletion Request - [Your Name or Facebook ID]
  • Content: Please confirm you want to delete all data related to the Facebook account connected to HyraTek - FunnelOS.

We will process your request and respond within 24-48 business hours.

Method 2: Remove app via Facebook

You can revoke HyraTek - FunnelOS's access directly on Facebook:

  1. Go to Settings & Privacy on your Facebook account.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Find and select Apps and Websites on the left menu.
  4. Find HyraTek - FunnelOS and click Remove.
  5. In the popup window, you can select "Send data deletion request" (if Facebook shows this option for our app).

3. What data will be deleted?

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your Name, Email, and Facebook ID.
  • Access Tokens granted to the app.
  • History of posts or activities performed via HyraTek - FunnelOS related to that account.
  • Any other personal configuration information.

Note: This action cannot be undone. Once data is deleted, you will not be able to recover content created on our system.

4. Track request status

After sending a request via email, you will receive a request confirmation code. You can use this code to inquire about your data processing status via the same support email address.
